1. Delivery of the order / arrangement:
  • Exact delivery time is not coordinated, the order will arrive in the indicated range.
  • No deliveries are made to “Meeting points”.
  • We do not notify when we are about to arrive, there must be someone during the indicated delivery time (it does not necessarily have to be the person who will receive the arrangement, it may be someone else).
  • It is the customer's responsibility that the delivery address and data provided are correct.
  • If there is no where to park the mobility or delivery is in an area of ​​difficult access, the customer will be asked to come closer to receive the order.

In the event of no response at the indicated address or that no one can receive the order:

  • We will try to contact the person receiving the arrangement / recipient first.
  • If we do not get a response, we will contact the client at the phone or email provided.
  • If we do not receive a response by any means, after 15 minutes our driver will continue with the established route to avoid damaging the delivery of other scheduled orders.
  • In this case the order will be returned to the workshop where the customer can pick it up the same day until 6 pm or a new delivery could be made by paying a new delivery.
  1. Shipping ranges

  • 9:00 am - 03:00 pm Delivery of all products that have been purchased at least 24 hours in advance.
  • 03:00 pm - 07:00 pm Delivery of orders taken the same day.
